About

Hello, I'm Manni.

Jiji's Patisserie is Manni Amouah's small batch salt bread project in NYC. It is Manni, a tiny batch, and a pop-up table somewhere around Brooklyn.

The bread is Japanese-style shiopan, the buttery, salty tradition also known in Korea as sogeumppang. Jiji's keeps it simple: a few flavors, small runs, and fresh bread until it is gone.
